hi i have been using hypercam for 3 months with no glitches.....i dont appear to have changed anything on my laptop what so ever

but upon trying to share some recent vids i made to youtube...i received the message above ERROR RAISED WHILE TRYING TO COMPLETE AUTHENTICATION - please login and verify details

i have my login details in correctly...the message just re-appears

can anyone advise/help as to what has happened or what i need to do
