Audio and Video desync (Hypercam 2)

As answered earlier, 1. HyperCam 2 is not a product of SolveigMultimedia, 2. HyperCam 2 is quite old. Please try the latest version of HyperCam.

Hypercam 2, need help!!?

Okay, so I've just uploaded Hypercam 2 see, and I've recorded 7-9 test videos, 5 of them the colours were messed up, and all of them had the sound lag and low frame rate.

Can you please tell me how to fix it up?

I would recommend to use "WMVideo9 Encoder DMO"  or "Xvid" as the video compressor.

Xvid codec can be downloaded at:

HyperCam 2 is not our product, but of Hyperionics. Their technical support is available at support(at)hyperionics(dot)com.

Please try to use HyperCam 3. Will you have the same problem?
You can download it from this link.

If yes, try to correct audio lag by following steps of this guideline.
Or try to use another video compressor (you can set it in Options/Video tab)

Please let us know what will be your result.

I've been using the latest build of Hypercam 2, and I've been having some problems. When I record, the audio and video in the recording become out of sync. The video appears to play back slightly faster than the audio. I'm unable to manually sync the audio and video together myself as the audio still stops with the video. Any way that I can fix this?
