Hypercam 4 upgrade not worth it?

In order to recover your activation key, please send a request to the tech. support and provide the following information:
1) an e-mail address used for the purchase
2) what e-commerce platform the product had been purchased from (Cleverbridge, PayPro, share-it, Amazon or other). Maybe you also have the Purhcase ID
3) any other info that can be useful.

I have been owning Hypercam 4 for 2 years now, I recently upgraded to Hypercam 5, hoping I can still use my registered recording software, however, when I used Hypercam 5, it made my membership free trial, though, my membership for Hypercam 3 was never expire. I had Hypercam 4 uninstalled so I could not reinstall it again, but, I think I should not have upgraded, because then I noticed Hypercam 5 did not accept my Hypercam 3 code, neither did it accept my file. I want Hypercam 5 now because I regret upgrading and I don't think I should have upgraded, because of this, I lost my membership, which costed me $50.00. May I please have a free Hypercam 5 license because of this?

And also, I tried the anyone who owned Hypercam 4 thing, it did not work.
