Hello JMac_88,

Thank you for your post.

Please try to at first to uninstall HyperCam 6 from your computer.

You could uninstall it via Start menu or via Start -> All programs -> HyperCam 6 -> Uninstall or via or Windows Control Panel.

After uninstallation please make sure that all files in the folders below were removed from your computer

"C:\Program Files\HyperCam 6"
and
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Solveig Multimedia"

If there will be any files in this folders please delete them manually from these folders.
Reboot your computer if it will be asked by the installer after uninstallation.

Then you could install the product again.

Hello,
The program will no longer start a recording, no error messages are appearing basically will not go into the timer after clicking the recording button.

I tried an uninstall then reinstall, when i attempted to install the above version again i get the message saying a previous version had not been uninstalled correctly.

Thoughts?
