Video Splitter / Problems with MP4

Hello,
I'm not sure am I doing something wrong, but I was trying to split large MP4 files (raw footage from sony EXR1) and Splitter doesn't recognize video. I mean it plays just audio (PCM) and has no info about video.
This is regular mpeg-4 (mp42) file so it shouldn't have any problems with it, or I'm missing something?
If Splitter can split those files I will buy it no question
