Video Splitter / Audio sync issue

Audio sync problem is a very common issue. But I found no options in SolveigMM to correct this.
Please add a feature to correct the sync time with positive or negative time value.
IMO it's an essential feature.

Video Splitter / Assign a hotkey for "Show Join Manager"

Thanks to developer for this awsome creation. To open join manager I have to go a long way in. And I don't use the toolbar because it floats around like an orphan. Please give a button or atleast a hotkey for "Show Join Manager" item. Everything else has a hotkey then why not Join Manager?
