Hello cirasj,
First of all, please try to make a clean install:
- Uninstall your current version and restart your PC if requested.
- Download and install the latest version replacing components if prompted.

Please let me know if it helps.

That did not work.
Any other suggestions or is there a help number I can call?

HyperCam / HyperCam 6 not starting

I have used HyperCam 6 previous to capture video for training.
I just clicked on the icon as I have in the past and the program will not start.

I am using HyperCam 6 Home Edition on a Windows 10 system.

Any suggestions?
I did restart my computer to see if it was a memory issue.
