Video Splitter / WMV frame accurate trimming

How is the current situation concerning frame accurate cutting/splitting of WMV files?
As far as I know this was announced already a year ago!
In the meantime I am using ASFBIN by Radoslaw Strugalski.
It is free for private use and does not reencode the file but can do frame accurate splitting.
Also it is blazingly fast! It would be nice if your video splitter could have the same capabilities.

SolveigMM Video Editing SDK / Delphi examples

Are there any Delphi examples available for the SDK?
I work in Delphi but I don't speak C++
