Video Splitter / Crash on mpeg2 video on specific timecodes

When I trim a video on these specific timecodes 00:00:04:72 and 00:00:08:60 the program crashes.

On other timecodes it sometimes works, and on other timecodes it doesn't work...
Any help on this?
