Iam new to SolveigMM splitter SDK and consider the following questions as Pre-Sale questions

1) Does SolveigMM Splitter SDK cut video files without encoding like BoilSoft splitter ?

2) Is this SPlitter SDK royalty free ?

3) How much is the cost of this SDK ?

4) Can I use it from VB6(not the VB.NET) platform ?
