Video Splitter / Can't start process for current task

Hi,

I'm testing Video Splitter to see if I can use it to cut ads from TV captures (MPEG2 MKV as produced by TVheadend). Latest VS version running on Win7/64, fails with all videos I tested so far:



Any idea?
