Thank you for your post.
I reproduced the error. It will be fixed in future versions and I'll post here about the update.

Meanwhile, to avoid incorrect naming please do the following:
-Select necessary intervals
-Push the "Save" button
-In the "Save As" dialog mark the following options:
 "Use mask for output files"
 "Save keep fragments separately" or "Save cut fragments separately", or both, if you need to save all fragments.
-Push "Save" and you'll get the output fragments with the correct naming.

I checked the Video Splitter with the specified Windows version but unfortunately didn't find any crashes.

Hello HL99,

The problem could be in a default renderer for video. Please try to select different renderer.
Please, push "Ctrl+P" or go to "Control"-"Preferences" ("操作"-"首选项") menu
Then go to "Playback Settings" (回放设置) and try to change Video Renderer (视频渲染器) to a different one.

Hello Ollie,
I'd like to say that nothing is changed according to the subtitles handling in updates. I just checked the MP4+external srt with the latest release of home version (which is 6.1.1707.6, both portable and standard). And it cuts the subtitles as expected.

Before trimming, please check that the subtitles stream correctly loaded in a Video Splitter and is marked for trimming. To do that please go to the "Control"-"Select Streams" menu. The necessary stream should be checked with the white scissors mark.

Also please keep in mind that external subtitles should have the same name as the video file (except the extension, of course) to be correctly loaded in Video Splitter.

To switch off the frame accuracy you can do the following:
1) Set the default accuracy to GOP - click "Tools"-"Preferences" menu (Ctrl+P) and in a Preferences Window go to a Smart Mode Settings tab and change the default accuracy to GOP.


2) Go to "Control" menu and uncheck the "Frame Accuracy (Smart Mode)"
