This must be a bug the software bug. Please send your source file to the tech. support. Also please attach a trimming project file that you can save in "File"-"Save project file as" menu. You can use any file sharing services to send your video.

Hello Ironwill,

Please let me explain, that the described task can not be achieved with the join manager itself, not making a trimmed files before.
However, it is possible to do with the timeline. In version 7 of the Video Splitter you can put multiple files to the timeline and specify which intervals should be dropped and which intervals should be saved to the output file.

Please keep in mind, that in this case your files should have equal parameters (the same condition is true for the join manager).

You are correct, the "Batch Manager" feature is not supported in the Avi Trimmer. It is supported in the business version of the Video Splitter.

After investigation of the issue we've found that it is related to the memory allocation.
In this case it is recommended to use the 64bit version of the Video Splitter.

Please let me explain, that HyperCam 2 is not a product of Solveig Multimedia. Futhermore, the HyperCam 2 is quite outdated.
What I can suggest in this situation, is to try to change video compression settings - try different video compressors.
