We need an original file - before splitting - To reproduce the problem.

250 Mb of  course quite big for email but you can put it on FTP server. FTP info i sent you by email

Thank you for the interest to our SDK.

Please clear up if you are talking about VB6.0 sample to be shipped with the SDK.
If this is the case, do release version ( SolveigMM Video Editing SDK\Bin\release\SMM_VB60Trimmer.exe)  generates "Trrimming Complete" upon completion?

Исправления:
- Неточное редактирование DVD VOB файлов.
- Исправлена ошибка при редактировании MPEG-2 c LPCM аудио -  "Connecting additional trimmer pin with Muxer has been filed. hr = 0x80040207"
- Видео не обновлялось при таскании окна и разворачивании его
- Краш при редактировании некоторых AVI файлов с MP3 аудио
- Исправлена проблема навигации. Если позиционировать курсор между маркерами  Tab’ом а затем попробовать подвигать его – кадр назад/кадр вперед, то позиционировались маркера а не курсор.
 - Если открывать SSP или XTL проекты в которых есть ссылка на индексы (MLMIX) для  MPEG-2 файлов > 4 GB, сплиттер выдавал ошибку "Source file is not supported or damaged"
- Clip Scr файл  в SSP or XTL проекте отображался некорректно ("C:\temp\file.vob" -> "C:\temp\.\file.vob")
- Если была включена галочка  "Obey Sample Times" то флаг obey_sample_times="1" прописывался дважды в XTL или SSP  проект, что вызывало ошибку при открытии проекта
- LPCM audio в MPEG-2 отображалось как unknown.
- Лишнее предупреждение о возможной перезаписи выходного файла. При открытии SSP проекта и попытке смены выходного файла cплиттер выдавал неверное предупреждение.
- Если при открытии SSP проекта, выходной файле мог быть создан, сплиттер начинал обработку без предупреждений и не создавая файл.

Изменения:
- Для улучшения юзабилити добавлен *.SSP file фильтр в Open Media File диалоге
- при открытии "Time Calculator" теперь показывается разница между соседними маркерами
- Если при открытии SSP проекта обнаруживается что Clip Src файла не существует (например он был перемещен в другую папку) сплиттер спросит указать его местонахождение, вместо того чтобы выдать ошибку.

Fixes:
- Inaccurate editing of DVD VOB files. End positions of fragments set to be kept in output mismatched with set positions. Up to 10 frames in each fragment could be more than required
- Fixed problem - if to open  MPEG-2 with LPCM audio and try to edit that, the Splitter generated error - "Connecting additional trimmer pin with Muxer has been filed. hr = 0x80040207"
- Video screen did not redraw while dragging or maximizing the main window
- Fixed a crash arisen while trimming some AVI files with MP3 audio
- Fixed navigation problem - when you navigate slider cursor between markers by TAB and then try to seek to one frame left/right,  a current marker was navigated instead of a slider cursor
- Fixed bug - when one tried to open SSP or XTL project with reference to index file(MLMIX) for MPEG-2 files > 4GB, splitter delivered message - "Source file is not supported or damaged"
- Clip Scr file in SSP or XTL project showed incorrectly (e.g. if it was "C:\temp\file.vob" it showed  "C:\temp\.\file.vob")
- If there was turned on - "Obey Sample Times" feature  - obey_sample_times="1" flag was written twice to XTL or SSP  that caused error in attempt to open such XTL or SSP file
- LPCM audio in MPEG-2 wrong detection. The splitter showed Unknown audio type
- Fixed a false alarm of possible File rewriting. If you opened some SSP, and changed an output file name then if it even did not exist the Splitter generated the warning
- Fixed bug. If to open SSP file with set output file that can't be created and start processing, the Splitter fulfilled task but did not create an output. Now it generates an error

Changes:
- To improve usability added *.SSP file filter on Open Media File dialog
- Starting, "Time Calculator" now shows the difference between two nearest markers relatively the slide cursor position
- If opening SSP file the Splitter does not find Clip Scar file (e.g. it was moved to other folder) it asks a user to specify it rather then error deliver

Preview does not operate
Q:->I get this message when I add a file to the software "Cannot find video decoder for preview (XVID), but trimming should be OK" What do I need to do to fix this problem?
A:->This message caused by an absence of XVID or whatever decoder on your PC. If you download and install it, preview should get started to work.

Hello solveigforum,

First of all welcome to our community!

Unfortunately at the present moment non of our products allow you to mux separate audio/video stream to AVI.
Nevertheless if then you are going to convert the file to MP4, for muxing you can use SolveigMM ASF Multimplexer to be available at the following link  - http://solveigmm.com/?Products&id=ASFMuxer

You will mux your AV file WAV files to ASF, without re-encoding so no difference if your temporary file will be AVI or ASF before MP4 conversion.

почти готова версия с фичей объеденения файлов (с одинаковыми параметрами) форматов AVI/ASF/WMV/WMA/MP3 в режима файл за файлом.

Функция доступна через - menu->Joining Manager.

Будем благодарны за баг репорты, пожелания, советы по улучшению.

Here is an fix - http://www.solveigmm.com/files/utils/SMM_EditEngine_2008_10_17.zip
Unzip this filter and replace with currect that by default is placed to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Solveig Multimedia" folder.

Then restart the SPlitter with your project. Now it should operate properly.
Please let us know the results.
