Здравствуйте TATOSHCKA,

Спасибо Вам за информацию и файлы.

У исходного файла, так же как и у полученного сохраняется битрейт 160kbps, это видно по информации MediaInfo, формат аудиодорожки также не меняется в полученном файле, остается mp2. Скажите, пожалуйста, какой программой Вы смотрите данные о файлах?

В настоящее время программа действительно умеет сохранять только одну из нескольких аудиодорожек. Именно поэтому нужную аудиодорожку следует выбирать в меню "Управление" перед редактированием.
Возможно, мы добавим возможность сохранять несколько дорожек в следующие выпуски.

Спасибо за сообщение.

Уточните, пожалуйста, какую наша программу вы имеете ввиду.

Скорее всего при редактировании была выбрана для сохранения другая аудиодорожка, MP3 вместо MP2.

В случае, если был выбран Video Splitter, пожалуйста, посмотрите перед редактированием какая аудиодорожка выбрана в меню "Управление".

Если аудио имеет переменный битрейт, то после резки его значение может измениться.

Please let us know what version of Video Splitter you use.

Hello rdr,

Thank you for your post.

To move the cursor to the next/previous frame you can use "Ctrl + Right"/"Ctrl + Left" hot keys.

"Right" and "Left" buttons are for navigation to the next/previous K frame.

Up/Down hot keys are for navigation 1/20th forward/backward.

You can find the whole list of navigation commands and their hot keys in the "Navigation" menu or in Tools -> Preferences.

Hello davema88,

We need "SMM_CustomEncoder.log" file.

Please try to record log files again.

First of all please replace SMM_CustomEncoder.dll from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Solveig Multimedia\SMM_CustomEncoder.dll" to the one available from the link below:

Then please
1) Open Video Splitter
2) Enable log files recording.
3) Go to Tool->Preferences.
4) Send us all log files that will be created.

Could you please also send information about DirectX components on your PC?
 
To get them please go to Start -> Run, enter "dxdiag.exe" to the open window and then on the "Save All Information" button.

Please send us DxDiag.txt file that will be created.

Please let us know what exactly happens when you try to open the file in Video Splitter?

Please check if Windows Media Player and Media Player Classic works ok at your end. If there are any issues with COM objects then in other applications, such as these players, can be problems.

If these players works ok, then please record and send us log files from Video Splitter, for two occasions: when you open the file and when you click on Preferences. Here is how to get them:

Hi davema88,

Please try to reinstall the product.
At first you need complitely uninstall it from your PC. Use Start ->  Programs -> Solveig Multimedia -> SolveigMM Video Splitter -> Uninstall or  uninstall it via the Windows Control Panel.

Please check that theere are no files after uninstallation in the folders

"C:\Program Files\Solveig Multimedia\SolveigMM Video Splitter Business Edition"
and
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Solveig Multimedia"

If there will be any files in this folders please delete them manually from these folders.

Then you could install the product again.

You can try to install the beta version of the product:

Have you set fragments for deleting using "Cut out selecting fragment" button after all markers were added at the timeline?

Please take a look at this guideline for more information about editing with WMP Trimmer Plugin:

If this will not help then please send us your input original file using e.g. dropbox.com and specify please start and stop time positions were selected for the fragment(s) you would like to be saved.

We will discuss with our team if it is possible to add such feature.
If it appear in Video Splitter, I'll post it at this thread.

Meanwhile you can change the scale of waveform using "Zoom in/out" buttons of visual time line.
