HyperCam / Picture sizing tracks around with my mouse...major problem v 3.3 of Hypercam

Regardless of Region/Screen/Window the picture/video size tracks around the screen whenever i move my mouse rendering your product unusable.  Please fix/respond at earliest...thanks.
