Thank you for your post.

If you have not Windows Media Player installed on your computer such error message can appear (this happens in Windows 10 N and Windows 10 KN editions).

If there is no Windows Media Player 12 installed on your computer, please try to install Media Feature Pack it is available from the following link:

I tried the update from link which you provided and still the same error remains.

I installed both 32 and 64 bit versions, restarted the comp and it didnt help much.

As I go on with HyperCam4 installation en error pops up saying that program requires "Windows media format 9 series runtime"

Is there a way to fix this issues?
