Ok I just tried this with 6.x   and same issue. so I'm not going crazy. Must be a K-Frame issue. Ugh.

Hi. What is going on in 7.3?   I can't seem to trim a file to save my life. Nothing is working.
I used 6.0 from 2016 and just upgraded.  I've re-exported this edit 7 different ways and am not getting an edited output.
I read through the new help file which is relatively straightforward (except there is no "Start Trimming" under the Edit menu.

There is a discrepancy in that the orig file being 912,477kb  and upon exporting selected fragment OR using File->Save Media file As 
It reports that the newly outputted result is 812.xx etc - correctly smaller for the edit - however the resulting file is still the exact same 912,477.

Something is definitely off. This isn't brain surgery.  Pls advise.

Video Splitter / UI in 4k monitors [Request]

I also have a UI request /complaint.
The UI is miniscule on a 4k laptop. There should be a preference setting to adjust for these wide differences between the low res monitor guys and the current times users.
Having said that, I'm passing on a hack that works well for 4k resolution on adobe apps and similarly on SolveigMM Splitter.

The file i used for the adobe apps worked here by changing the name to SMMVSplitter_Home.exe.manifest and putting in the program directory.

Video Splitter / Warning! video does not match avc specification

Hi, can someone explain why i'm getting this error?

"Warning!
Video does not match avc specification
Current frame resolution and fps is too high for specified level
Level will be changed for Frame Accuracy (Smart Mode)"

what steps do i need to take to ensure this file will be processed at the highest quality?
