AVI trimmer can't save. ("Can't Set Intervals")

Thank you for your post.

Please try to uninstall all our products from your PC if there are several our products installed (including AVI Trimmer + MKV).

After uninstall please make sure that all files in the folders below were removed from your computer

"C:\Program Files\Solveig Multimedia"
and
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Solveig Multimedia"

Then install AVI Trimmer + MKV again and try to edit your file.

Any solution or things to try.  It has done it with all avi and mkv files I have tried it with so far.

You can try to use any file host service to upload it, e.g. dropbox.com, filedropper.com or Google Drive.
(http://www.google.com/intl/en/drive/about.html).

Please send us the project file. To get it select fragments for saving then go to File -> Save project as. You can use support(at)solveigmm(dot)com.

When I try to save a split AVI file, I get the message "Can't Set Intervals" and that's it...
