can't start trimming - error code 80040154

Do you use the latest Video Splitter version (3.6.13.01.16)? You can check the version in Help -> About  SovleigMM Video Splitter menu.

You can download this version from the direct link below:

It would be easier to locate the problem if you could send us the file which you have tried to edit. Please upload it to any file host service, e.g. filedropper.com or dropbox.com.
Please send also the project file. After fragment selecting please go to File -> Save project as.

Could you please try to record log files and send them to support(at)solveigmm(dot)com?

When I click the Save button, I receive a pop-up box stating it Can't Start Trimming.  The error code is 80040154.
