This is the bug in AVI Trimmer and it is already in our "to do" list.

As soon as it will be fixed, I'll post here.

Had this problem before and seems to dog me,
.
When trying to save file, it hangs up at anywhere from 25 per cent on progress bar to 65 per cent. I retrieved this error message from Windows 7:
