Could  you please send us your file, from which you have tried to remove the audio track?

You can upload it to any file host service (e.g. dropbox.com) and send us the link to it to support(at)solveigmm(dot)com

Please specify also AVI Trimmer + MKV version you use.

I used SolveigMM AVI Trimmer to remove the audio from an avi file and the resulting video was choppy/jerky rather than smooth/continuous.  Can you help?  Thanks.
