Hi,

Just wondering if you have had a chance to work on the file I sent you?  I need to know if the file can be fixed or if we need to rerecord the webinar over again.  Thanks so much for any help!

Have you been able to figure out why the audio gets distorted once the file is trimmed?  Thanks again.

It was right around minute 34.  I trimmed out minutes 34:05-34:12 from the original file as a woman's voice came on.  Right after the cut out piece it gets very distorted.  I'm using Windows Media Player version 11.0.5721.5260.  Thanks.

I'm trying lo view this file
"2009-06-03 14.00 Tax Office Policies and Procedures_Trimmed.wmv"
But don't hear any distortions. Please tell me at what time positions did you notice them on your side and with what player of what version?

Okay.  I think they are there now.  The files are in a folder called P&P Webinar 2009.  I appreciate your help with these files.

Thanks!

Any chance you could send the username and passcode one more time?  I can get to the login section but it says that the username/password is incorrect.  I am copying and pasting the username and password that you have me so I know I am not typing it in wrong.  Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks for your email.  I tried to use the information you gave me to upload the files but the password would not work for me.  Is it too long?  Can you resend?

Thanks so much!
