Windows 7 WMP 12 shuts down when saving

Could you please send us the original file that you have tried to edit (you can use e.g. dropbox.com). Please specify also what start and stop time positions were selected for the chosen fragments.

You can always enable Plugin in Windows Media Player. Just press right mouse button and select Tools -> Plug-ins -> SolveigMM WMP Trimmer Plugin Business Edition.

Running W7 and WMP12.  When trying to save a trimmed file, there is a long pause at 19% and then it eventually proceeds to save slowly.  then before it finishes, the WMP says it has to close.  when i reopen it, it says that all plug ins have been disabled since a plug in caused it to close improperly on the last open.  Any ideas?
