Could you please send us your original file (e.g. using dropbox.com)? And please specify start and stop positions were chosen for your fragment.

Just bought the product and trimmed the front and back from a one minute video.  Everything worked great and I saved the new file.  When I play it  back it is in extreme fast forward mode.  I've done this half a dozen times and can't figure out why it is doing this.
