BLACK SCREEN

Hello HL99,

The problem could be in a default renderer for video. Please try to select different renderer.
Please, push "Ctrl+P" or go to "Control"-"Preferences" ("操作"-"首选项") menu
Then go to "Playback Settings" (回放设置) and try to change Video Renderer (视频渲染器) to a different one.

I only see a black screen when I drag my file to start, this happens to all type and format of my video file
I have tried to click the two buttons on the bottom left hand corner, nothing happens.
How can I fix this?
