Title: Any suggestions?

I installed SolveigMM_Video_Splitter_Home_Edition_x64_7_0_1811_29 but have not been able to open it.  When I try to run it, it shows a splash screen for a second and then nothing happens.  I have tried to uninstall and reinstall several times.  Any suggestions?

The version 7 is old version and is no longer updated.
