If not, could you please upload for us the original input file you have tried to  edit to any file host service, e.g. Google drive or Dropbox.com?

Also please send us the project file. To get the project file select fragments for saving and deleting then go to "File" menu -> Save project as.

I have been using the trial version of Video Splitter home.

I have had some success, and am very pleased with the  output.

I do need this program.  Its features, look, and quality beat similar programs I have located hands down.

I run win8, 16 GB mem on my Desktop PC.

I have run the trial on  two laptops using the portable version getting each time the same results as with my Desktop.

The video files range fron 1GB to 16GB.

The output comes out great but before outputting is complete I get an runtime error from Microsoft C+ C+ saying the application has requested termination, and my only option then is to close the program.

I am anxious to buy, once this issue is resolved.

Please help.
