Thank you very much for your response. I don't know why I was still on version 6.1.1807.23! After updating to version version 6.1.1807.24
the problem is fixed.

This problem is already fixed with the latest version 6.1.1807.24. Please update your current version and try again. But if it is not the case, please share more details.

I have encounter a bug many times now with the latest stable version where SolveigMM after splitting the sequence will hang and remain at 100%.
Only solution is to terminate the software with windows task manager. The result job is perfectly working and job has been done fine! So no harm.
Just little annoying to have to terminate the software manually. This happen to me when editing (cutting parts off) from MP4 videos.
