The Season 2 BD of Chuck come as a single long file. It is about 4 hours - 35GB. I was able to break the first 42 minute off with the current version of Solveig and it only took about 20 minutes to do so. I have a new i7, 16GB of memory and 100TB array with a megaraid raid controller (a fast system to say the least). I tried to separate out just the second episode and it sat for over 6 hours with zero progress. I tried just lopping off the first 42 minutes so I could repeat the process that I did with the first episode afterwards but again after 6 hours still zero percent progress. Is there a better tool for what I want to do? I just want original quality but broken into smaller files.
