Title: Can't use Video Splitter a not-admin

Hi,

installed SolveigMM Video Splitter 2.2.905.18 as Administrator as requested.

Usually I don't work as admin but as main-user(?) (I got a german Win XP: there it reads "Hauptbenutzer").

When I start the Video Splitter as the main-user it says

"The following components are required but not found:
Elecard Multiplexer
Elecard MPEG-2 Video Encoder

Reinstalling the application can fix the problem"

The components are installed since Video Splitter works as Admin.
As main-user I can't install SolveigMM Video Splitter 2.2.905.18.
