Thank you for your post.

Could you please send us the original input file that you open in Video Splitter and the project file? You can upload it to any file sharing service, e.g. Google drive (https://drive.google.com) or Dropbox.com.

To get the project file open the input file in Video Splitter, set fragments for saving and deleting then go to File menu -> Save project as and select folder to save the project file.

Window 10 using licensed Video Splitter 8.0 Home Edition -

Trying to trim some lead in frames from a bunch of MKV files.  Everything seems to work fine with H264 --- affected GOP is re-encoded and the remaining video is copied.

When I attempt the same on an H265 encoded the short re-encoded segment at the beginning is corrupt / inaccurate.
