Cannot save all framents for flv video

As soon as there will be any news regarding this issue, I'll contact you and post also here.

I installed video splitter for trial and testing.

I downloaded flv video from website and split the video by addding maker.  And then save all fragments as filename....
The process (Now spliitting into fragments)  is stuck here and running long time. And the output file is 1 kb only.
(checked that this flv
Input pane:
video: mpeg4 avc
audio: none)

For another flv video related to music video, I can save save all fragments as filenames.  All are saved as expected and the process is fast.
(checked that this flv
Input pane:
video: mpeg4 avc
audio: AAC)

What's wrong here. Anyone can help. Many thanks.
