Hello Rod,

Thank you for your post and please excuse for the delayed answer due to state holidays that we had in Russia from May, 9-11.

I've already replied to your email from our support address.

I would like to remind you that 3 operations within the one program launch is the limitation for the demonstration version. To have the next 3 operations just restart the program and you will be able to use Video Splitter again.

Please feel free to ask any additional questions if you have such.

Hi.....If there is anyone out there !
I'm beginning to think this must be the most unfrequented site in Forum History !

I've been looking at the dates of some of the Posts !  Unbelievable.

Anyway...I'm told this is an OK program.  And it probably is.  But, like so many, has been abandoned by the original developers, and left to 'Forums" to support it.
A growing trend, I fear !

Never mind.   My Original problem I have found out,.....not through any help of the 'Support' I might add....was that my self-made DVD started with a Menu....which the prog seems not to handle.    If I move onto VOB _02 etc it's fine.   Still not sure how to get into VOB_01....but it may not matter.   There seem to be other 'Issues',,.....as they are called these days.

I actually downloaded a 21-day Trial Version.   Now it's telling me the Trial is only for 3 starts, and I have 1 left.

I'm afraid this sort of Rip-off, falsehood, and half-truth mentality is now invading the Internet to epidemic proportions.   It is becoming the shady side of commerce, and if it is to have a proper viable future, they need to get on top of this really quickly.

I do hope this happens, because I am a big Internet frequenter, and supporter.....although possibly not of this company.

I still haven't heard back from my original 'Support ' request.!!   A few days now. !  Not good enough.

It's not as if there is no competition in this area.  You'd think they would care more !  But apparently not.

Cheers.

Hi.  I'm pretty sure this is the program I want, having tried several crap ones.

But do you have to 'Register' to try it out ?

I have DOWNLOADED it, but can't get started.   I've got a MOVIE  program I made on a DVD, which does appear on screen, but PLAY just changes to PAUSE, and does nothing.

I've been trying for a while, and the recommended 'Support' Email just comes back as 'Undeliverable.'.
Wish my bills did that !
