Hello allien,

If these fragments have the same parameters then you can join them using the Tools -> Join Manager of Video Splitter.
Please see our "How to" section of the website.

Regrettably Video Splitter doesn't save chapters after the joining and splitting at the present time, but we will possibly add such feature to its next releases.

Hi
thanks for your answer.
Now that i have all the fragments , isn't it possible to join them in one new file ?
And if so , will i keep the chapters ?

Hi alien,

Please excuse for misunderstanding.

Regrettably Video Splitter doesn't save chapters and can't add chapters to files at the present time.
We will possibly add this feature to the product's next releases.
If there will be any news regarding this feature, I'll post here.

Thank you for contacting us, we highly appreciate any feedback.

Hi,

Yes, of cause, just place the markers, click right mouse button at the Video Splitter's timeline and select "Save all fragments as" field from the context menu or follow to "File" menu and select "Save all fragments as" field.

Please take a look at this guideline for more details:

Hello alien,

Thanks for contacting us.

Seems you have not set fragments that you would like to be deleted and saved. Please use buttons with "thumbs down" to set the fragment to be deleted while the editing.

Please see this guideline with step-by-step instructions on how to edit mkv files with SolveigMM Video Splitter:

http://www.solveigmm.com/en/howto/how-to-edit-mkv-file-with-video-splitter/

If there will be any additional questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

We highly appreciate any feedback.

I have a large mkv file from a concert.I want to add chapters to each song to jump forward.I have done it using (m) on the keyboard , and then hit Trim. The result however has nothing on it and is just the same as the input file. There's also a SSP file : i have no clue what this is for.
Thanks
