I am a brand new user user of SolveigMM Video Splitter. I purchased the software with the immediate need of joining a multi-segment AVCHD video that was acquired on a professional HD camera.
When I add the files into the Join Manager, these files show up with no video tracks. (See linked image.)
When I try and add these files to the main editor, they also show up without video.
When I play these files in VLC, they play back with video and audio just fine.
What am I doing wrong?
