Title: Probably a stupid question

Hi,

I have just purchased this to perform some tasks...

I am trying to split about 28 minutes out of a WMV file... however every time it runs, completes fine, but only creates a file about 2MB, containing 40secs of video?

Am I doing something wrong, or will this software not serve the purpose?

No we are not aware of such kind of problem.

Could you upload us an original file to check the problem on our side?
