Could you please upload those files (wmv, avi, mp4) to any file host service for we could reproduce the problem on our end.

You can use Dropbox (https://www.dropbox.com). The free Dropbox account comes with 2GB of space that you can use for as long as you like.

Please specify what time interval for trimming have you chosen for each file?

Also please let us know if Frame Accuracy (Smart mode) was enabled in Control?

I am using version 2.4.1107.12, and I am able to split one file successfully, but then the program stops responding. It doesn't matter what format the file is (wmv, avi, mp4, etc...); I have one successful split, then the program doesn't respond, and I have to force the program to close, and restart it to do another split. Anyone else having this problem, or any ideas as to why this is occurring? Thanks.
