Dear David,

Thank you for your post.

This issue can occur due the fact that version 3 and older versions edit AVI files with K-frame accurracy.
More about this issue you canfind here:

http://www.solveigmm.com/en/faq/video-splitter-inaccurate-splitting/

Version 4 of Video Splitter suppors frame accurate editing of such files.
The beta version is available at the link below:

http://www.solveigmm.com/download/SolveigMM_Video_Splitter_Home_Edition_4_0_Beta.exe

If this issue remains with this version then could you please upload for us your original AVI file and the project file to reproduce it on our end. To get the project file please select fragments for saving then go to File -> Save project as.

Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Olga Krovyakova

I am using Video Splitter v3.7.xx and am trying to trim around 1 min from the start of a video.
On the timeline I have set to Frame Mode I can select the frame I want to cut at.
However when I view the results it hasn't cut at the chosen point, its around 30 frames earlier. Has anyone seen this before?
Any suggestions?
