Hello moserser,

Do you have the same problem as NotAgOat in the post from February 29, 2012, 06:07:33 am?

If yes, could you please seend us your file to reproduce this problem with start/stop time positions of the chosen fragments.

Regards,
Olga Krovyakova

Hello NotAgOat,

Thanks for your report, this sounds like a bug.

Could you please send us your original file for we could reproduce the problem on our end? You can use e.g. dropbox.com for file sharing. Please specify also start and stop time positions were chosen for your output fragment(s).

Please specify also what Video splitter version  do you use (Help->About SolveigMM Video Splitter).

Thanks in advance.
Regards,

I was trying the software and noticed that my output files had many strange problems. As stated in the topic title, artifacts and green discoloration were common, as well as audio becoming out of sync as well as no audio at all. I tried a couple different file inputs and the same problems occurred with both. I was wondering if this is a common issue. The input files were mkv's.
