Unable to open a file

Could you please send us it (you can upload it e.g. to filedropper.com) for we could check it on our end?

This is my first time using Video Splitter (v3.0.1204.17) and sadly it won’t even open the first file I wanted to split. The error is: “Source file is not supported or damaged”

I can confirm the file is fine. Plays fine and can be opened in OTHER (and cut) video splitting apps, but I would prefer to use Video Splitter.
