Hello turfstuf,

Thank you for your post.

Could you please send to a technical support or to me directly the sample of any of your source files.
Also, please specify the OS version, Lightroom version and Video Splitter version.

All of the files I split using the Home Edition won't import into Adobe Lightroom.  It gives this error:
An unknown error has occurred while reading the video file.  Connecting to Dynamic Link Server Failed.

Files that haven't been split import just fine, no errors.

Files that have been split playback just fine on Windows 10 default player "Movies & TV" as well as quicktime.

While I'd suspect this is a Lightroom issue, the original files and so far, every other iPhone video, etc., has imported correctly to Lightroom.  The only ones that don't have been split using Video Splitter Home.

Any help would be appreciated!
