Video Splitter crashes when trimming MP4 Video

As I see from the error message the version you use is 3.6.1308.22.

Both issues, crashing when editing of MP4 files and crashing when changing hot key settings were fixed in the version 4:

Please try to use this version of Video Splitter.
I've not noticed this issue with it.

Please let us know what will be your result.

The Problem still exits in the beta. I've sent an email containing the video and project file.

I also tried larger MP4 videos as well. I have no way of sending those, but I can provide the Audio and Video Technical specs if you need them.

Please try to use the 3.7 beta version, seems this problem is already fixed in it.

Also please send (you can use suuport(at)solveigmm(dot)com) the project file. To get it select fragments for saving then go to File -> Save project as.

I'm using the Demo version of Video Splitter, and I have noticed the it keeps crashing when I trim MP4 Video. I thought that there was something wrong with my PC, and I have reinstalled my Operating System (Windows 7), with no such luck.

Update: I CAN split AVI files with no problem, but I mainly work with MP4 Videos

Suggestions?
