Hello thomascintron,

The issue with creating GIF files from video files is fixed in the recently released 8.0.2403.25 version of Video Splitter.
Please download it at its home page, install and try to use it:

Hello,
I'm new to Solveig Video Splitter.
Sometimes it produces a gif that's unreadable. If I open the gif in Firefox, it says, "The image cannot be displayed because it contains errors." And if I open the gif in an image viewer that can play animations, I only see the top two thirds of the first frame. The bottom third is missing. Anyone know what the problem is? How to solve it.

Thanks in advance!
