Hello BlaCat,

Could you please send us the list of filters?

To get them please open at first your file in Video Splitter on your PC with Windows 7.  And go to "Tools -> Show Preview filters" and press the "Copy All" button, then paste it to the Notepad and send us please this .txt file at  support(at)solveigmm(dot)com

Hi!

I use latest version of Beta SolveigMM Video Splitter (2.4.1107.13) on two computers. First
computer runs with Windows XP and second computer runs with Windows 7.  When I open mov-file
on the first computer than your program works good. But if I try to open the same file on the
second computer with Windows 7, then I have a problem. The file seems opens, but video doesn't
shown. When I try to press Play-button, video doesn't play. Though the time-Lenth of Video
file defined correctly.
